About this document. A single-page reference skeleton for the UI designer to begin wireframing the four SELA mobile applications — derived directly from the RFP.
Boulevard World & Boulevard City — 5-tab Map template (Home, Map, Events, Tickets, Profile).
All four apps share the same onboarding flow, authentication (OTP / Google / Apple), bilingual AR / EN with RTL, and accessibility standards (font scaling, contrast, intuitive navigation).
The Interactive Map and AR Wayfinding will be embedded via a 3rd-party SDK — the designer scopes the surrounding UI (panels, sheets, controls), not the map renderer itself.
Two templates, not four. Design one of each, then re-skin per brand.
Boulevard City · Boulevard World · The Venue · Jeddah Superdome — a single reference for visual design and screen architecture.

Project Timeline
12 weeks recommended via the parallel path · 16 weeks if all phases run sequentially. All four brand apps progress through the same phases simultaneously.
Solid bars = active phase. Striped bars = parallel work that compresses the timeline.

1
Main Development
6 – 8 weeks (max)
Core build of all 4 mobile apps in parallel after receiving the UI. Architecture, screens, navigation, state management, and core features across all four applications.
2
Additional Setup
3 – 4 weeks · parallel
Third-party integrations and inter-app linking — auth, payments, analytics, push notifications. Runs in parallel with Main Development to compress the timeline.
3
Testing
3 weeks recommended
Full QA cycle across all 4 apps — functional, regression, performance, security, and device compatibility. Recommended before launch.
4
Deployment
up to 1 week
Store submissions (Apple App Store & Google Play) for all 4 apps, production cutover, monitoring setup, and post-launch handover.
Kickoff Prerequisites
1Payment — as per the agreed discounted scope with procurement.
2UI on Figma — complete UI for all 4 apps so we can fully scope the development in detail.
3Project Lead Contact — a single point of contact on SELA's side for day-to-day coordination, approvals, and reviews.
Timeline Assumptions
Review dates are not counted. Client-side review and approval windows for designs, builds, and test cycles sit outside the working-day count shown above.
Payment / feedback delays pause the clock. Any delay on SELA's side in releasing payment milestones or providing requested feedback will extend the project end date by an equivalent number of working days.
Accelerate Kickoff · Parallel Preparation
In the meantime — if SELA can share the UIs of all brand websites in advance (BLVD World, BLVD City, Jeddah Superdome, The Venue), our team can begin the discovery and architecture work in parallel. This shortens the kickoff phase once payment and final UI land, and lets us start delivering app builds for all 4 apps sooner.
Global Overlays
Accessible from any screen, present in all four apps.
